Raw Vegan Cuisine
We serve a glass of kombucha, a green drink, and a hot chocolate drink daily. We will have fruit, herbal teas and spring water always available. There will also be a small Raw Living shop selling chocolates, snacks and superfoods for if you get extra peckish.

We reserve the right to amend the menus if necessary. Please notify us of any allergies or intolerances when booking. We do use a kitchen where nuts are present, although we use nuts minimally. All recipes are:
RAW – no heat over 45 deg C is used in the preparation of the recipes
VEGAN – no animal products are used. We may use minimal amounts of honey, please notify us if you prefer to avoid bee products.
ORGANIC – we source mostly local organic seasonal produce. We only substitute for non-organic where organic is unavailable.
LOW-GLYCEMIC – most of our dishes are low to moderate on the glycemic index.
LOW NUTS – many people find nuts hard to digest, and that raw cuisine that is high in nuts causes gas and bloating. For this reason, we use minimal amounts of nuts in our recipes and adhere to the rules of food combining to reduce digestive discomfort.
NUTRITIOUS – Kate is an expert on sneaking in the nutrition without you noticing! Filled with superfoods, you will be enjoying some of the most truly nourishing meals you have ever eaten, and your body will thank you for it.
